Damaged Products Upon Receipt
We understand how frustrating it can be to receive a damaged product. If your product has been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns are unfortunately no longer possible.
To resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please email us with a photo clearly showing the damaged part of the product. The best photos are those that show the damage on a flat surface, with the label and damage clearly visible. This will help us assist you more efficiently and prevent similar issues in the future.
For damaged products, we offer a one-time replacement, but we cannot issue a refund. If the replacement product is also damaged, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Incorrectly Delivered Products
We strive to fulfill every order accurately, but mistakes can happen. If you receive the wrong product, we will resolve the issue for you and send you the correct order free of charge.

Delivery When Absent or to a Post Office
If a package is delivered to your address or a post office, Heartsy.de covers the delivery costs. If the package is not collected or picked up from the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier. In this case, we reserve the right to deduct 100% of the order value from the refund amount.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost or not delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a replacement package before applying our return and refund policies.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds are processed through the original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the issuing bank within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
